    • Mise en évidence de l'hétérogénéitémorphologique et biochimique des mastocytes cutanés, intestinaux et pulmonaires chez les bovins par des techniques immuno- et enzymo-histochimiques.  Mise en évidence de la dégranulation des mastocytes in vivo (validation du dosage de la tryptase sérique) et sur tissus (marquage membranaire, microscopie électronique à transmission).   Etudes de pathogénie de la détresse respiratoire aiguë lors d'infection au Virus respiratoire syncytial bovin (mise en évidence de l'activation et la dégranulation mastocytaire).  Etudes des effets pharmacologiques de l'histamine (récepteurs H1, H2 et H3) sur les éléments contractiles pulmonaires, en fonction de l'âge, dans un modèle expérimental ex-vivo.
